As we are plan to be a leader in Logistics by 2025, (Ethos) Digital transformation efforts have been accelerated beyond all expectations and no individual or organization can afford to fall off the technology wagon post-pandemic (Pathos). How do we beat the ‘Communication challenge and retain employees? What ground rules are needed and what are the symptoms of a lack of balance between different ways of hiring our valuable drivers? Leaders need to provide effective communication between the drivers and business owner. So how do we ensure truck drivers and logistics business owner collaboration.
